However the Tarot is a guide, it is not set in stone; you still have free will and are able to control your own thoughts and actions. When I read the Tarot cards, I see things based on what you are thinking now. This shows the direction you are heading in at this time, although you can choose to go a different direction.
In a Tarot card reading, the seeker shuffles the deck of Tarot cards and then chooses a few cards randomly. The cards must be chosen out of your own free will and without any influence from another person. You then hand over the cards to the reader with the cards face down.
